LMP3 Test

I recently had the incredible opportunity to complete my first test in the LMP3 at Portimão with Team Virage. This was my first experience driving a car with downforce, which added a whole new dimension to the art of racing.

The sensation of being glued to the track through high-speed corners was unlike anything I’ve felt before. It required a significant adjustment in my driving style, but once I began to understand how the car responds to that extra grip, the experience became immensely rewarding.

It was also thrilling to return to the raw driving experience—no ABS and no traction control—where it’s all up to the driver to handle every aspect of the car. I loved every second of it.

Team Virage was exceptional to work with, making the entire test smooth and highly professional. I’m looking forward to continuing this journey, learning, and improving at this exciting level of racing.
