NLS2 + NLS3

NLS2 + NLS3

After making my racing debut on the Nordschleife in 2023, I returned this year behind the wheel of a BMW 330i (V4 class) with WS Racing to take part in two more 4-hour races – NLS2 and NLS3.

NLS2

The race started off really well – we had genuine podium potential. I drove both the opening and final stints, spending over 2.5 hours of pure driving time on track, which gave me a ton of valuable experience. Unfortunately, a technical issue and a mistake by my teammate pushed us out of contention. Frustrating, but that’s racing sometimes.

NLS3

The pace was there, but qualifying didn’t go as planned – I wasn’t able to put together a clean lap. I jumped in for the second stint and managed to deliver a solid drive, but the car had to be retired after a small off later in the race. Still, more important mileage in the bank.

A License Achieved

Thanks to the double stint in NLS2 and the overall number of race laps completed, I met all the requirements to obtain the Nordschleife A license – which was the main objective of this phase of the season.

Racing at the Nordschleife is pure joy with every lap. Every stint is a challenge, but when things click, there’s nothing quite like it. With the A license in hand, I now have access to higher categories – Cayman GT4 CS and possibly Porsche Cup in the future. This was a key step forward.
