Race weekend at Redbullring
The race weekend at Redbullring was the worst for me in my entire career because I was fighting fevers throughout the weekend. This was reflected in the results and the overall course of the weekend. In practice and also in qualifying I was completely off the pace and couldn't drive clean laps. I struggled the most with fatigue and concentration, in qualifying it meant thirteenth place for the first race and tenth place for the second race. The first race was similarly infamous, where I managed to get off to a good start and move up a few positions, but I still lost quickly because I simply didn't have a competitive pace, ending up in thirteenth place. The second race was supposed to be wet and at that moment I was happy to be able to fight and move forward because I have always succeeded on the water. Unfortunately, the race was cancelled and moved to Hockenheimring due to intense rain, which was frustrating at the time, but looking back and considering my condition, it was a decision in my favour.
